Therapy That Meets You Where You Are

Healing doesn't require you to have all the answers before you begin. Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, or exploring your identity, therapy offers a space to slow down, make sense of your experiences, and move toward meaningful change.

I believe the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important parts of the process. My role is to provide a space where you feel genuinely seen, respected, and supported-while also helping you gently challenge the patterns that may no longer be serving you.

Who I Work With

I enjoy working with adolescents and adults from all walks of life. Many of my clients are navigating:

  • Anxiety, stress, and burnout

  • Trauma and PTSD

  • Life transitions and identity development

  • LGBTQIA+ experiences and late-life coming out

  • Religious trauma and high-control faith communities

  • Relationship challenges

  • Self-esteem, perfectionism, and people-pleasing

  • Personal growth and discovering a more authentic life

Whether you're seeking relief from something difficult or simply feel ready for change, we'll begin where you are.

My Approach

No two people experience life the same way, so therapy shouldn't be one-size-fits-all.

I draw from evidence-based approaches including EMDR, Brainspotting, somatic and mindfulness, and acceptance and commitment therapy. Together, we'll tailor our work to your goals, your experiences, and what feels most effective for you.

My style is collaborative, compassionate, and practical. I'll help you better understand yourself while also giving you tools you can begin using outside of our sessions.

What You Can Expect

I want therapy to feel like a conversation-not an interrogation.

Some sessions may focus on processing difficult experiences. Others may be spent building coping skills, strengthening relationships, or simply creating space to breathe in a busy season of life.

Above all, I want you to leave each session feeling a little more understood, a little more hopeful, and a little more connected to yourself
